Always keep the peace

Key Scripture

Mark 4:36-40, Philippians 1:28, Ephesians 2:4-6, Isaiah 12:3

So we are told in the book of Isaiah that, with Joy shall we draw water out of the wells of salvation ( N:B Wells). Our joy is intact in the place of Peace. When the storm was raging, Jesus slept comfortably, His disciples were afraid, restless, disturbed, etc. So they went ahead to wake Him saying, ” Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” Jesus woke up and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea; ” Peace be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. He then said to them, “why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith? (Mark 4: 36-40)

As interesting as this Bible story may seem, this applies to our everyday lives. The enemy will never stop attacking our peace, because he knows if he does, it will allow us focus on God ( and that’s not good for him), since the more of God we see, the more of Him we become. So the devil needs us to be distracted. We on the other hand, always give in.

Daddy is saying; ” keep the Peace!” Always remember He is with you in every situation and so you have no need to worry, keep the peace. When the seas are raging, let go of the strong waves, focus on His Love and on truth that He is always with you, keep the peace. When He becomes more real than our troubles, more real than the storms, we unconsciously live in that reality, keeping the peace. When we are living in peace, when we are calm, we see things clearly, Joy is inevitable, and with Joy we easily access all that salvation have brought for us(Allll).

Prayer: Father thank you for your peace, thank you that the reality of you being with me is so real to me. I cannot be shaken anymore, I am not afraid anymore. I am calm, I am peaceful, I am at rest in you. Thank you Jesus, be thou glorified. Amen!
