So I am just going to share an experience I had recently that I believe will totally explain trusting God. A few days back, I had to purchase a certain number of items, about 40 in number, but I had enough money to get me just 30 of the items due to a miscalculation I did. When I got to the store, God told me clearly on my inside to request for 40 items. I tried to rationalize what God was saying and told myself it would only allow me make a fool of myself. The nudging in my spirit became very strong and evident, but I ignored. I requested for the 30 items my money could afford.
After I had picked up the items and wanted to pay, the shop owner asked if the items were for the church, I said ‘yes’, and she immediately asked me not to pay any money for it. I was shocked and kind of regretted why I didn’t just pick up the 40 items in the first place, as it will now be awkward to go back and pick up 10 more. It wasn’t that big a deal, but it taught me one thing. God is perfect and never makes mistakes; and He has a perfect plan along with good thoughts towards us. Whenever God tells you something, just trust Him and do it, He’ll give His angels charge over you.
#pray Lord, teach me to trust you and to love your word always.
