God is Not Partial, He Loves Us Equally

Key Scripture

Romans 2:11 – For God shows no partiality [undue favor or unfairness; with Him one man is not different from another].

Digest

Contrary to some popular belief, God doesn’t love one person more than the other as we can see in our key scripture. Romans 5:8 says

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were
still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Jesus in John 15:13 said

“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his
friends.”

Some people believe God loves the rich more than the poor or better put your level of riches shows the extent to which God loves you. This is wrong, He loves all of us equally, both the righteous and
sinners, that’s why He is patient, hoping that the sinners will turn to Him and receive His righteousness. The bible tells us that the grace of God has appeared to all men. If you ever feel God doesn’t love you because you don’t have money,
remember that when Jesus came to die, He had you in mind. His focus for coming wasn’t for physical riches, but that your Spirit be saved, that you be rich in your spirit. People already had riches even before Jesus came…this explains why He became poor so that you may be rich (have a rich spirit full of His life).

However, He didn’t just die so that you’ll go to heaven, His death also greatly improved our lives here on earth, we can walk in divine healing, have direction from God as regarding our work and business, e.t.c. It’s left to us to believe in the finished work of Christ and
live our lives in full recognition of it and grow in the knowledge of it.

If you’re struggling in any area of your life, pray to God, find out what His word says about that situation, receive direction, and share with the family of believers you now belong to.

Always remember God loves us equally
and no man is any different from the other in God’s eyes.

#pray

Dear Lord, when I’m down and short of confidence, help me to always see that you love me very much and want the best for me, Amen.
