How To Live The Supernatural Life

Key Scripture

2 Corinthians 5:16-17
[16]Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
[17]Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

In our key scripture, we are asked to know no one after the flesh, well this isn’t just talking about how we see others, but also how we see ourselves. When you see yourself, don’t see yourself as a natural man, don’t identify yourself by what you see in the natural but see yourself as you are in the Spirit.

Philippians 2:13
[13]For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

We see that God is a work within us, giving us power to do what pleases Him. This means that through God, at work inside our Spirits, we can live to do God’s will…and what is His will? He wants to see people saved, and He wants to see people experience His love. You are a channel to express God’s love, and one way is through the gifts of the Spirit. You can heal, you can give words of wisdom all through God’s Spirit, why? because you are supernatural, God is at work in you.

Acts 1:8
[8]But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

When Jesus was on earth, He showed God’s love through the Holy Spirit. Jesus did mighty miracles by the power of the Spirit, we see clearly that with the Holy Spirit in Jesus, power came. Jesus told the apostles that after the coming of the Holy Spirit they’ll receive power. You have the same Spirit within you.

2 Corinthians 1:22 – and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment that guarantees everything he has promised us.

This means you also have power. Do you see it, you are not just natural, you are supernatural, you can do supernatural things, and express the gift of the Spirit. See yourself as supernatural, and practise the supernatural, it’s who God has made you to be.

#pray

Lord I acknowledge that you live in me and are working within me. Teach me to always see this, and express the supernatural from my inside.
